Our cheeses, both imported and domestic, are carefully selected, with a good percentage changing with the season.
At present, we stock over 100 different cheeses.
We work with small domestic dairies from California, Vermont, Utah, Oregon and Wisconsin to bring you the best from the American Artisanal Cheese movement.
Our imported cheeses include traditional and modern takes on cow, sheep, goat and mixed milk cheeses from Italy, Spain, France, England, Ireland, Wales, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium and Canada.
Our cheesemongers are passionate about keeping our cheeses in tip-top shape, and we cut most cheeses to order.
(Sorry we don't ship our cheeses - they're just too fragile!)
